As a Google guide contributor I advanced quickly and was eligible for Trusted Pro status. I accepted and continued contributing at my leisure since I enjoyed it so much. Soon after exceeding 7.5 million views I accepted my first media related hire and began a new professional profile (LINK).

Google offers so much in the form of media and services and someone needs to be available to help Google customers manage their sites, photos, VR & Tours ... that where I come in

  It started innocently enough. I made a purchase on eBay that was less than stellar so I returned it. That’s where all the troubles began…….. While checking my email routinely I noticed a contact email from the eBay member I just made a purchase and return through. The email was regarding the returned merchandise and the associated USPS tracking number. The seller claimed I shipped the parcel back to the wrong address. How is this possible? – eBay provides the return shipping label online at a click of the button. I logged into eBay and retrieved the tracking number in question.
